    • FUNERAL OF MRS. SWAIN.
      The interment of the late Mrs. Margaret Swain (46), wife of Mr. Edwin Swain, 5, Stanworth Street, Worsthorne, took place last Saturday in St. John's Churchyard. Prior to her illness she was a member of the Worsthorne branch of the Women's Help Society, and members of this society lined the pathway from the lychgate to the church door as the funeral party passed in to the church. The Rev. H. Stones, M.A., officiated at the inferment.. Floral tributes were sent by: Husband and son; mother and Smith; Emma and Harry; Mr. and Mrs. Laswon and family ; Levi, Nellie and Gladys; John and Edna; Harry, Alice and children (Rowley); members the Women's Help Society (Worsthorne); the mechanics' and joiners' shop (J.iDuckett and Sons, Burnley); Arthur Todd and the; family; Mrs. Parker and family; Mr. , and Mrs, Mulloy and Mr. Lord; Ida, Minnie and Janie; Sarah; Mrs, Edith Aggett; Mr, and Mrs. E.
