Additional Comments:
This is not conclusive evidence that the two above parties were divorced,
although it seems likely. They were married in Schley county 1 Nov. 1877.
Lucinda was a daughter of Benjamin J. & Nancy A. Grantham, born about 1855.
She died January 8, 1900 according to her marker at Fellowship cemetery. Also
buried there is Emma Elizabeth Edge Heath, next wife of Simon Bentley
Halstead. She died 22 Oct. 1917. Simon Bentley Halstead married a third time
to Gertrude Usry, on Jan. 18, 1920.
