Frost database carries the following notes: " Martha A. Bush, wife of Marion HALSTEAD. The Halsteads previously lived in Buchanon Co., Mo. , and may have lived in Illinois also during the latter part of the civil war. Robert R. Bush was from De Kalb Co., Mo ., to which he returned. The Halsteads lived in Kansas from 1871 to at least 1876. I would like to know what happened to them after they sold their land that year (which they had purchased from Robert R.
