Jane PROCTER was baptised on 28 April 1839 at St Peter, Burnley, Lancashire.1 In the census of 6 June 1841 at Thorney Bank, Habergham Eaves, Lancashire, she was listed as aged 2 born in county, the assumed daughter of Cornelius PROCTER.2 In the census of 30 March 1851 at 15 Bistwell Street, Habergham Eaves, Lancashire, she was listed as a Cotton Creeler, aged 12 born Burnley, the daughter of Cornelius PROCTER.3

     Henry PROCTER was born in 1842 at Habergham Eaves, Lancashire. He was the son of Cornelius PROCTER and Ann DAVY. Henry PROCTER was baptised on 11 December 1842 at St Peter, Burnley, Lancashire.1 In the census of 30 March 1851 at 15 Bistwell Street, Habergham Eaves, Lancashire, he was listed as aged 8 born Habergham Eaves, the son of Cornelius PROCTER.2 In the census of 7 April 1861 at 14 Bistwell Street, Habergham Eaves, Lancashire, he was listed as single, an Apprentice Moulder, aged 18 born Burnley, the son of Cornelius PROCTER.3

     John INGHAM was born in 1811.
John married Nancy HALSTEAD, daughter of John HALSTEAD and Sarah (?), on 21 December 1832 at St Peter, Burnley, Lancashire.
In the census of 6 June 1841 John was listed as aged 25 born in county, the Head of Household; a Weaver, living with his assumed wife Nancy and children Robert, Mary and Ellen.1
John died in 1846 at Burnley, Lancashire.2
