Tweeddale, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Tweeddale. Both the contracting parties are well known in Moree, Mr. Tweeddale having held a position in the Postal Department for some time past. Mr. W. E. Probert, formerly of Moree, acted as best man, while the bridesmaids were Miss Clara Tweeddale and Miss Ruby Grunow, Mr. S. A. Tweeddale officiating as groomsman. The bride, who was daintily attired in white crepe de chine, pearl trimmings and orange blossoms, wore the usual wreath and veil, and was given away by her father. The contracting parties were the recipients of a very large and costly number of presents, both from Sydney and Moree friends. After the marriage ceremony a large number of guests were present at the breakfast when the usual toasts were drunk. The happy couple left in the afternoon for the Mountains where the honeymoon will be spent.2
