     Charles Terreneau FISCHER was born in 1866 at Brighton, Sussex. In the census of 5 April 1891 at 7 Sussex Square, Brighton, Sussex, he was listed as single, aged 24 born Brighton, a Visitor of Emma Nott HALSTED.1
Charles married Elinor HALSTED, daughter of Thomas Daniel HALSTEAD and Mary Jane THOMPSON, on 30 December 1895 at the Parish Church, Little Hereford, Worcestershire. He was a Gentleman aged 29, a bachelor residing in Bedford Park, London. His father was listed as Thomas Halhed FISCHER, a Barrister QC. After Banns. The marriage was witnessed by ? HURLEY, Mary HALSTED and Mary A THOMPSON.2,3
In the census of 31 March 1901 at 6 Esmond Road, Acton, Middlesex, Charles was listed as aged 35 born Brighton, Sussex, the Head of Household; a General Broker, living with his wife Elinor.4
Charles died between 1901 and 1908.
