Alice Letitia WADSWORTH was born on 29 September 1901.
Alice married Cyril HALSTEAD, son of Fred HALSTEAD and Constance Mary BEAKE, on 8 December 1928 at All Hallows, Kirkburton, Yorkshire. She was aged 27, a spinster residing in Thorncliff. Her father was listed as Herman WADSWORTH, a Blacksmith. After Banns. The marriage was witnessed by Ivo Lewas WADSWORTH and Herman WADSWORTH.2,1 She was listed in the 1939Register taken on 29 September 1939 at 159 Meltham Road, Huddersfield, Yorkshire. She was married, born 29 September 1901.3
Alice died on 7 February 1963 at the Royal Infirmary, Huddersfield, Yorkshire, at the age of 61. Her usual address at the time was recorded as 41 Lea Lane, Netherton, Huddersfield.4,5 Her estate was probated on 28 March 1963 at Wakefield, Yorkshire. The estate was valued at £749 9s 0d.5
