In the census of 6 June 1841 at Greenhouse, Longwood, Yorkshire, she was listed as aged 7 born in county, the assumed daughter of William HALSTEAD.1 In the census of 30 March 1851 at 15 Holywell Green, Stainland, Yorkshire, she was listed as single, a Woollen Feeder, aged 17 born Longwood, a Lodger of John PRIESTLEY.2
Sabina married William HOWE on 10 October 1852 at St John the Baptist, Halifax, Yorkshire. She was aged 19, a spinster residing in Skircoat. Her father was listed as Joseph HALSTEAD, a Weaver. After Banns. The marriage was witnessed by David WILSON and John THOMAS.3
